  • Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Meeting sales targets and achieving revenue goals
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
  • Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”.
  • Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align activation efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Additional duties as necessary.

Job Requirements

  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
  • Up-to-date with latest fashion trends, concerts, possess a combination of strategic thinking.
  • Proven working experience as Brand Executive or Sales Executive.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Brand field (More Prefer Retail Industry).
  • Fluent in English language with both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Email.
  • Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
