The Cashier, reporting to Chief accountant, is mainly responsible to organize the day-to-day finance department operation in accordance with the company rules and regulations, to enforce the compliances, policies, and procedures in all areas of financial operation in a constructive manner and to assist and support to CFO and top management in all financial reports and year-end auditing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check Cash book and income for all branches
- Daily prepare income voucher and go to the banks
- Cash collection from customer
- Advance Budget to Cash Out to employee
- Check by Treasury Department from Bank Slips to key in Cash Book
- Daily prepare the credit voucher
- Assist and supervise all Juniors roles if needed
- Assist & support - CFO & Team and Approvals process from CEO if necessary
- Make sure company’s financial policies and procedures
