  • Financial Management:

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements.
    • Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes.
    • Maintain financial policies for compliance.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting:

    • Develop and monitor the annual budget.
    • Provide financial forecasts for strategic planning.

  • Auditing and Compliance:

    • Manage internal and external audits.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
    • Conduct performance evaluations.

  • Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare and present financial reports to management.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable:

    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
    • Manage cash flow and liquidity.

Job Requirements

• B.Com (or) Any Graduated.
• LCCI Level-III(UK), ACCA (or) CPA is preferred.
• At least 5 years working experience in related field.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Accounting Software Skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Manage Accounting transactions, producing on time monthly and yearly financial reports_ SOFP, P&L, Cash flow.
• Analyzing Financial statements on monthly basic and report to manager.
• Excellent personality, integrity and communication skills.
• Good Analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
• Able to work under pressure.
