Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee all construction activities on-site to ensure they adhere to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve any on-site engineering issues that arise.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor the work of subcontractors and trades to ensure the highest quality of workmanship and compliance with design specifications.
  • Implement and enforce health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Track project progress against the schedule and report on milestones and any delays.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, inspections, and incidents.
  • Manage the allocation and usage of materials, equipment, and labor to optimize efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and manage expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [5] years of experience in a construction engineering role.
  • Proficiency in construction management software, CAD software, and other relevant engineering tools.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to solve complex construction-related issues effectively.
