An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • To analyze fixed traffic (E.g., FTTH, B2B, PSTN) and TT (Trouble Ticket) trend to improve service quality.
  • To enhance the analysis (Find out relationship between Fixed traffic and other data) to get the best results.
  • To do the analysis for improving the service quality of existing networks.
  • To follow up the TT information and discuss with related stakeholders.
  • To make traffic and TT analysis report timely.
  • To present traffic and TT analysis report to DGMs, Directors & CTOs accurately.
  • To visualize and disclose traffic data to related departments to accomplish the solution of customer feedback.
  • To learn, introduce and maintain automation (E.g., RPA, Excel VBA, python).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering 
  • Proficent in English, and team work skills
  • Prefer Analytic skill (Advance Excel, Prefer Power Query, Power BI)
  • Understanding the Customer satisfactions  
  • Good negotiation and coordination with related team
