• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
• Direct the employee assessment process
• Prepare regular reports for upper management
• Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to
competitors)
• Lead and motivate a team of distribution professionals, providing direction, coaching,
and support to achieve performance targets.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within
the distribution team.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies
across all distribution activities.
• Implement quality assurance measures and continuous improvement initiatives to
deliver superior products and services to customers.
• Must be able to know and follow the policies & procedures that must be followed in
accordance with ISO Standard, and must be able to manage the HODs to follow them.
