-Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, network printers and scanners
-Responding to breakdowns and investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
-Do the regular maintenance of printer, computer, and other IT equipment weekly
-Register and manager the users of computer, network, and printer ID
-Monitors and maintains proper inventory of hardware and software license
-Install and configure the wireless AP, wireless controller, Synology NAS accounts to users
-Provide assistance and support to the meeting room setup, BMS system, Door Lock Access, CCTV Monitoring and PABX system
-Other tasks assigned by Manager as needed
