• Develop, implement, and manage the organization's information security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and analyze security alerts, incidents, and reports; respond promptly to security breaches and provide thorough post-event analyses.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to implement security measures and solutions.
• Manage and administer security tools and technologies to ensure effective protection against cyber threats.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging threats, and security technologies to proactively address potential risks.
• Lead security awareness training programs for staff to enhance overall security posture.
• Conduct investigations into security incidents and provide detailed reports.
• Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to assess and enhance the security of external systems and services.

•    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
•    Proven 5+ years’ experience as an IT Security Officer or similar role.
•    In-depth knowledge of information security principles and best practices.
•    Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM and other security technologies.
•    Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and tools.
•    Experience with security compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
•    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
