Responsibilities
(1) Create and execute learning strategies, tailored training plans and programs
(2) Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
(3) Implement various learning methods (e.g. internal, external,coaching, workshop, online training)
(4) Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
(5) Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.Helps HODS develop their team members through career pathing
,Track budgets and negotiate contracts
(6) Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists.
