  • Sales Brand Manager is responsible for executing the multichannel marketing calendar in the most efficient way with special attention to planning the relating activities aligned to the target market of the brand.
  • Manage to Area Distribution to be growth.
  • Sales routes, Sales plan, Sales traget must be point out before proceeding.Setting individual sales targets and sales plan with the sales team.
  • Work closely with marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Able to understand the market needs and implement the necessary changes
  • Analyze and ensure sales growth in all shop.
  • Identify markets trends and competition and must be able to take over the challenges.
  • Directly report to Management Team.
  • Problem Solving, Organizational Skills and Team work Approach.
  • Knowledge in Distribution Management System.
  • Coordination and Collaboration with related department.
  • Monitoring and controlling about daily sales, weekly sales, monthly sales from all shop
  • Motivate the sales persons and increase their targets base on monthly caculation

Job Requirements

  • Must have at least 5 years of experiences in sales management in related field.
  • More preferable for experience in Modern Trade channel.
  • Any Graduate and more preferable is Sales Management Diploma
  • Well knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point....) and Email & Internet
  • Age between (30 ~ 35) years
