Job Description

1. Report (For Myanmar & Cambodia Distributor)
• Collect the Sales Data from Distributors by weekly and monthly
• Prepare the STT & STD Report and submit to CH
• Update the budget usage and submit to CH
• Support MRF report and Stock & Supply, coordination with distributor
2. Database System (For Myanmar Distributor)
• Support the data for operation team and sales data
• Support the Trade & Marketing Promo Summary and Budget Usage
3. Finance & Budget Setting (For Myanmar Distributer)
• Support monthly team expense and other budget proposals preparations
• Support budget claiming with distributors and other related
4. Execute Trade/Promotion activities (For Myanmar Distributor)
• To manage material promotion/POSM related to sales/marketing activity
• To participate and supervise in the special programs with the team.
• Update the trade/promo activities to customers, calculate incentives and process payment for customers
• Support sales & marketing team in trade/ sales activities: advance money, process payment, make the final report

• Graduated University
• At least 2 years working experience, preferrebly in FMCG
• Good analyzing skill & well operated computer system
• Good in English Speaking by oral & written
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good in planning, organizing and time management
• Can work under pressure
• Can travel to other cities
