Job Description

Creating and implementing financial policies and procedure of the organization
Planning and preparing weekly financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organization
Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments
Maintain and prepare receipts and records for the business transactions
Monitoring transactions, identifying irregularities in invoices, monitor bank deposits and all supplier, customer payments.
Monitor Local law related finance process and daily exchange rate.
Monitor and check all of the Costs, Expense and stock and fix assets.
Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit is one of the key responsibilities
Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments.
Make sure Monthly and yearly Profit and lost and financial statement and report to senior management team.
Manage to share the market exchange rate, oil rate by daily.
Ensure the check and review for contract, service report, Performa Invoice, receipt etc.
Manage and prepare the Purchasing items (RM/PM and Chemical and facilities equipment- including petrol, Diesel and spare parts)
Ensure to lead get the valuable supplier for the purchasing items.
Negotiating with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
Ensure to lead the foreign delivery process for purchasing items and arrange for payment process.
Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements, preparation of contracts, Performa invoices etc.
Ensure to keep the record all purchasing items (RM/PM, Chemical, Spare part and other facilities equipment).

Job Requirements

B.com, ACCA (or) CPA Preferred.
Have Knowledge of ERP (or) SAP system and other relevant accounting System.
Mature Candidate (Under 35 years)
At least (5) years of progressive experience in Finance and Procurement fields.
Exposure to manufacturing organizations and standard costing systems
Experience with foreign currencies and grants management preferred.
Have experience in managing bookkeeping, accounts payable & receivable and general ledger reconciliation, AP, AR, Tax, TREASURY Management skill.
Strong knowledge of local and international banks policy, procedure and process.
Have knowledge of Develop, implement and maintain system, procedures, and policies including account payable function to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
Strong knowledge of monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information ensures the accuracy of financial statements
Strong knowledge of tax auditing and tax calculation process.
Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
Good communication in English, Preferred Chinese Language
Skillful in the use of computer software and Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
