  • Development and Customization: Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules as per business requirements.
  • Integration: Integrate Odoo with other third-party systems and applications.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo-related issues.
  • Testing: Conduct thorough testing of developed applications to ensure functionality and quality.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for all development processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the functional team to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Upgrades and Migrations: Manage Odoo version upgrades and database migrations.
  • Training: Provide training to end-users and other stakeholders on Odoo functionalities.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with Odoo development.
  • Technical Skills:
  •  - Expert in Python, JavaScript, HTML, and XML.
  •  - In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL database.
  •  - Extensive experience with Odoo APIs and integration with third-party systems.
  • Soft Skills:
  •  - Strong leadership and team management skills
  •  - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  •  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  - Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

 

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with other ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of business processes in areas like accounting, sales, inventory, and human resources.
  • Odoo certification is a plus.
