• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a preference for those versed in banking or financial sectors.
• Demonstrable expertise in major programming languages including but not limited to Java, C++, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with core banking application and concepts of deposits, loans, and payment mechanisms.
