Lead the training team and oversee the execution of all training programs across regions.

Develop and implement training strategies aligned with business objectives and product launches.

Supervise Trainers and ensure consistent delivery of product knowledge, customer service, and sales training across all channels.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, field assessments, and sales KPIs.

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align training content with promotional campaigns and seasonal pushes.

Design and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content in coordination with the product team.

Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess promoter knowledge and execution in the field.

Support talent development and performance improvement among Trainers and Promoters.

Generate regular reports on training outcomes, needs, and gaps to management.

Minimum 2 years of experience in training, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Background in mobile phone, electronics, or retail industry is preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent training facilitation and presentation abilities

In-depth product knowledge of smartphones and consumer electronics

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
