1. Conduct a comprehensive inventory reconciliation to identify any discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
2. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies, updating inventory records accordingly.
3. Arrange for repair or replacements as needed to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
4. Evaluate warehouse performance metrics for the previous week, including productivity, accuracy and on-time delivery rates.
5. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any performance gaps.
6. Oversee the forklift checklist records and coordinate with the admin and engineering teams according the record.
7. Review and calculate monthly KPI for the warehouse department.
8. Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast inventory need.
9. Adjust inventory levels and reorder points based on demand forecasts and historical data.
10. Prepare the monthly warehouse report and submit it to headquarters.
11. Oversee the forklift checklist records and coordinate with the admin and engineering teams according the record.
12. Review the monthly internal and external audit report and collaborate with respective departments.

    Any Graduate, DBA (or) BBA (or) any other related qualification preferred
    Age under 35 years.
    At least (5) years’ experience. FMCG Factory’s Warehouse experiences preferred.
    Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
    Handle receiving, stock in/out, inventory control and distribution items in warehouse.
    Have knowledge and experiences of First in / First out (FIFO) & First in/First expire (FIFE) System.
    Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
    Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
    Some experience in full supply chain process - permit applications, forecasting, planning
    Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases system.
    Have knowledge and experiences 5s, GMP, FSSC and ISO activities.
    Strong problem solving and decision making capabilities.
    Excellent in communication skills and interpersonal skills.
    Good communication in English, Preferred Chinese Language.
    Skillful in the use of computer software and Microsoft Office Packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
