Manage and provide strong support on operations teams budgeting, advance transferring, managing teams expense claims submissions to ensure to be completed by timely manner. Manage and coordinate administrative tasks as needed such as office contracts extensions and billings. Check and validate operations teams expense claims details and analyze in order to control the budgets. Manage fixed assets, tools and inventory by coordinating with HQ Functional managers and Operations Manager. Responsible and support for O&M teams related issues by assisting Operation Manager. Daily follow and monitor teams and record attendance in the tracker and leave forms. Prepare fuel waste, theft and anti-theft reports. Collect O&M extra work claims and submit them to line managers. Other relevant tasked assigned by the management.
Supervise all works related to assigned projects and ensures that they are executed in accordance with Tower Co’s requirement and standard. Guide and assist teams as and when required on technical issues and best performance teamwork. Coordinate with in and out customers for daily operations. Responsible for the daily operations in the zone to troubleshoot, assign to teams and report back to line manager in each timeline. Plans and follow up Preventive & Corrective Maintenance with teams to implement according to schedule. Monitor, control and follow up the issues found or assigned tasks until it is permanently fixed. Ensures all health and Safety procedures are followed by the team members in the daily operations. Able to travel around the assigned region. Check and guide the teams to keep quality control of the sites according to the Tower Co’s standards. Maintain the sites in the assigned cluster for high NWA. Carry out supervised Preventive Maintenance activities when it is required
Collaborate with clients, sales team, and technical team to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints. Conduct site surveys, energy audits, and feasibility studies to evaluate potential ESCO and solar project opportunities. Support project plans, specifications, and engineering designs for energy efficiency upgrades and solar installations. Integrate solar photovoltaic (PV) arrays, battery storage systems, inverters, and other components into hybrid solar installations. Work with procurement team to source materials, equipment, and components required for ESCO and solar projects, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. Evaluate vendor proposals, manage supplier relationships to optimize project outcomes and minimize risks. Coordinate with subcontractors, installers, and service providers to facilitate project implementation and execution. Assist commercial team and customers to prepare commercial proposals
Prepare the PM & Fuel Plan for next day Share the site list of PM & Fuel Plan to the O & M FS and teams through the communication channels Request the Emergency Fuel Request to Assistant Zone Manager in the communication channel with client Follow the other assign plans by Operation Manager (Incident Report, Extra Work, Signage, Fire Extinguisher, Fence Rectification, Soil Settlement, Bluetooth Key Installation, E-Key Removing, etc.…) and drive to teams to accomplish the plans. Update the Daily PM & Fuel Progress with details Responsible for making the Regional PM Visit Plan Responsible to follow up old PM consumables to Zone office in time
Handle incident mail for all clients in both Entitles (ATOM, Mytel, MPT & Ooredoo) Define each incident with monitoring platform by either power related issue or Non-power related issue Raised the tickets to O&M partner / directly to ground team Supervising ETA for ground team Driving to meet the minimized MTTR by ground team Communicate each client for time-to-time progress through multi-communication channel (Mail, Viber, WhatsApp, Signal) Responsible to share hourly Network status for internal team awareness Reporting daily for the quantity of incidents & Network downtime minutes, reconcilied with Each MS partner Responsible for 1st level escalation to RMS team if issue to Monitoring platform Work for data inputs to access logs of any activity (PM, CM, other attendance) Work 24*7 shift rotation
