- Responsible for FVS Group all social media platform channel. - Planning & Scheduling 3 months for all social media platform. - Checking for all competitors activity. - Monthly reports to Team Leader. - Responsible to plan and execute the marketing campaings including digital and events in close alignment with sales team.
- Provide all creative jobs related to design as directed by Marketing Team Leader. - Ensure brand guidelines are followed in all design and content throughout the organization. - Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies. - Be responsible for all online and offline creatives including online platform design and photo retouching etc. - Design and produce event branding elements such as key visual, event badges, name tags, and stage backdrops, ensuring consistent brand identity throughout all touchpoints. - Ensure accuracy in design layouts, typography, and color schemes while adhering to brand guidelines. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in event management and graphic design, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches. - Assist with post-event activities necessarily.
- Responsible to plan and execute the marketing campaigns including digital and events in close alignment with Sales teams. - Responsible to evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns and plan by quarterly or biannually. - Responsible for marketing budget and material such as POSM. - Liaise with external marketing agencies, creative contractors and suppliers. - Analyse offers and initiatives by other insurance agencies to understand market trends.
- Sell products to customers in line with regional targets. - Support the Team Leader and replace/represent the Team Leader when not available. - Support the Team Leader with underwriting, claim and renewal processes, and all events and campaigns. - Provide data entry for CRM according to Team Leader's instructions.
- Ultimately responsibile for designing the sales strategy, negotiating with the Group CEO and the GM for teams' targets, and achieving the sales targets. - Assigns tasks and objectives to the Internal Channel Team and to the External Channel Teams. - Works with the Marketing Team to design campaigns and events. - Responsibile for creating all the sales reports. - Responsible to manage the sales budget. - Represents the company at any event where there may be lead generation opportunities.
