. • Facilitate small group learning for literacy and math in classroom
 • Communicate regularly with classroom teachers to plan and best meet student needs together • Strive to implement both English and Burmese curricula to support classroom teachers • Practice active participation and supervision for off campus field trips 
 • Supervise and facilitate lunch duties including recess 
 • Assist with administrative tasks such as copying; set-up, prepping, and organization of the classroom; correcting student work; and general classroom maintenance, as needed • Maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms • Attend weekly staff meetings 
 • Be an active and enthusiastic member of the GYS team 
 • Strive to learn and implement curricula (e.g., Highscope, Jolly Phonics) • Contribute to creating a school culture where faculty members actively collaborate in developing best practices that are shared in and out of the classroom and the school community.
• Work closely with the school principal and management to ensure smooth daily operation • Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints • Plan, schedule and promote school events including meetings, conferences, interviews, and orientations and training sessions. • Facilitate and follow-up special activities such as off-campus field trips, yearly performances, graduation etc. • Assist teachers in preparing for lessons and delivering early childhood programs and activities • Responsible to communicate effectively with the parents • Admin staff will work closely with and report directly to the CEO
• Provide a developmentally appropriate classroom environment that reflects the children’s learning and growth • Plan and carry out a curriculum that targets different areas of child development, such as language, motor, and social skills • Provides activities and opportunities that encourage curiosity, exploration, and problem solving appropriate to the developmental levels and learning styles of children. • Keep records of the students’ progress, routines, and interests, and keep parents informed about their child’s development • Submit weekly lesson plans to the Principal • Participate in open houses, parent conferences, school registration, concerts, and other special programs as appropriate and/or as assigned • Interacts with parents and community groups; maintains open and cooperative communication with parents and families, encouraging their involvement in the program and supporting the child's family relationships. • Attend staff, parent, and committee meetings as directed • Report to the Principal of the School.
