Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished products to assess quality attributes, identify defects, and ensure adherence to specifications. Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses of water samples, bottle components, and finished products using laboratory equipment and instrumentation. Record and document test results, inspection findings, and quality-related data accurately and comprehensively in accordance with established procedures and protocols. Assist in troubleshooting quality issues, investigating root causes of defects, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and improve product quality. Check production processes and equipment performance to identify deviations, abnormalities, and opportunities for process optimization or improvement. Participate in line trials, process validations, and new product introductions to ensure quality requirements are met and production runs smoothly. Record the daily attendance of the team and report monthly data to the supervisor Check the quality of the retention sample of finished products and record properly for traceability. Prepare the weekly, monthly quality report and report to the supervisor Assist for the sample preparation for the external analysis. Oversee the forklift checklist records and coordinate with the admin and engineering teams according the record. Review and calculate monthly KPI for the warehouse department. Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast inventory need. Adjust inventory levels and reorder points based on demand forecasts and historical data. Prepare the monthly warehouse report and submit it to headquarters. Oversee the forklift checklist records and coordinate with the admin and engineering teams according the record. Review the monthly internal and external audit report and collaborate with respective departments.
