• Well known social media marketing/ event marketing and online channel management (website, LinkedIn, Telegram, Viber Community and so on) • Improving the social media / website, public relation efforts and content marketing • Problem solving skill for the complaints from merchants and consumer • Surveying the digital marketing trend of financial industry
• Operation support and resolve the issue assign by Head of IT and IT Manager. • Testing and Certification support for Banks especially for international card scheme. • Certification support for external vendor. • Complete daily operation task assigns by Head of IT and IT Manager. •Other jobs related to technical issue. • Foster a collaborative environment through effective knowledge sharing, teamwork, and relationship building. Communicate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
