Assess category performance by using shipment data, scanned data, and proactively develop action plan to facilitate the sales growth Apply shopper and trade insights and performance assessment to develop recommendations for product, pricing, promotion and placement by retail environment Conduct pre and post analysis of nationwide promotions and tracking on Compliance, Trade activities, Promotion Performance, do analysis and evaluate to ensure sales performance are delivered as set. Drive category growth and initiatives in each trade channel and Lead category management project with key customers Develop merchandising guideline for each trade channel Responsible for revenue management (pack price strategy) Analyze sales data, off take, scanned data, and proactively develop action plan to facilitate the sales growth Develop prototype plan-o-grams for each trade channel and specific account Report and analysis, including executive reporting of sales results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
