Perform day-to-day clerical duties such as document handling, supplies purchasing, travel booking, expense reimbursement, stock keeping, employee service, etc.
Prepare and modify documents including correspondences, reports, memo, etc.
Participate in department and company meetings and support company initiatives.
Supervise Vehicles controlling and maintenance.
To take any other relevant duties as assigned by Manager.

Any Graduate
Minimum (3) years experiences in HR field. (1 years related position)
Age between (23 ~ 27) years
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization.

Can travel short visit as needed. Can do OT as needed. Performs related duties as required.
