Position Objective:

The role of Analyst at New Business/Underwriting department in AIA Myanmar with the scope to support & assist in administration and handling various assignments/tasks to support operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist and handle Coporate Solution operation process through different stages (i.e. submission stage to minor alterations) within timeline
  • Conduct all premium payment and medical reimbursements/refund  for CS are  proccess accurately in timely manners
  • Assist in UAT  testing for New Business system enhancement when necessary
  • Respond to all cross-functional team inquiries related to NB and CS policy within timeline
  • Perform the Daily Dow Jones screening and uploading for CS groups within timeline
  • Sending SMS to the Policy holder and agent with New business related including premium refund and reimbursement within timeline
  • Handling/Managing related daily calls for New Business Function
  • Resolve disputed financial/payment transactions
  • Manage & perform the compliance screening at a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Allocate CRM open cases to the respective case owner and close the own cases within timeline
  • Assist and contribute in enhancing operation efficiency with tasks/projects/campaigns
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements

  • Experience and knowledge in Operations/administration
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree holder
  • Mulititask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent team player and self-driven
