Oversee the Business Unit's overall performance such as Deposit, RMs, VRAs by analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies and initiatives to drive business performance results. Manage a team of RMs and responsible for developing and leading relationship management model and sales planning to enhance client relationships business growth of wealth’s portfolio.
Conduct comprehensive analyses of the wealth’s deposit performance (daily,monthly,quarterly).
Monitor and manage the wealth deposit performance, including product performance, branches & regions performance and RMs & VRAs performance.
Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for deposit drive.
Develop and implement daily, monthly performance reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data and analysis.
Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for the head of department and senior management.
Recruit, train, and lead day-to-day operation of relationship managers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to effectively manage wealth client relationships.
Set performance goals and monitor the team's progress, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives
Understand clients' requests, needs, objectives, and challenges and provide tailored banking solutions through respective RMs
Conduct training about the Wealth Business Unit for all bank wide training sessions arranged by L&D.
Develop a CRM system by collaborating with the Technology team by providing new feature ideas and requirements.
Defines goals and key performance indicators for each member of the team and ensure effective implementation of the bank performance management process
Develops talent within the team by providing coaching to achieve the defined goals.
Strong understanding of customer research, service quality and process innovation models.
Foster a strong team ethos and collaborate seamlessly with partners and business units together with the KBZ’s Wealth Management team.
Execute other assigned tasks based on team and business priorities.
Demonstrate enthusiasm and a commitment to adhere to KBZ’s principles and values.
Provide support by undertaking any other additional functions as delegated by the MD and SMT.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
Minimum 7 years of experience in managing retail banking, deposits, distribution and/or wealth business in a large Financial Institution.
Has global best practice experience and is able to work with various cultures respectfully to gain the best results including with language and other barriers.
Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Proven ‘business management’ or P&L and Balance Sheet experience. Sound analytical skills and ability to interpret financial statements.
Able to work collaboratively at all levels
