WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

This position is responsible for all forecasting activities associated with customers and products. To create and maintain forecast models for the customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts, and other sources.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

• Production / Demand Planning - S&OP meetings facilitation

• Maintain demand plan to ensure cost-effectiveness and to meet market demand.

• Facilitate monthly 3rd party warehouse stock count and submission of the quantity of Tax Stamps to be ordered quarterly.

• Manage 3rd Party and distributor warehouses, ensure the FIFO system and warehouse condition monitoring (Temperature, Humidity & beetle activity)

• Manage JTI warehouse stock movement and Distributor withdrawal.

• Monitoring Nationwide distributor warehouses stocks and ensuring each warehouse carries sufficient stock level.

• Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon the manager’s request.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree and its equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in demand planning in the sales and distribution environment of an FMCG industry

• Substantial commercial, trade & FMCG distribution

• Solid knowledge and skill level with Microsoft Office products

• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.

• Good communication and collaboration skills are required.

• Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting the forecast process.
