The Deputy Head of Preschool assists the Head of Preschool in managing the preschool's day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, and providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. The role involves leadership, administrative tasks, curriculum development, staff management, student welfare and safety, parental engagement, and professional development.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree  in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Relevant teaching certification or licensure.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and educational practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider community.
  • Leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in English.
