  • ကုန်ထုတ်လုပ်မှုအရည်အသွေးနှင့် ဒီဂရီကောင်းမွန်စေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • Efficiency ကောင်းမွန်စေရန် တာဝန်ယူလုပ်‌ဆောင်ခြင်း။
  • Mash Column အတွင်း စိမ်ရည်ထည့်သွင်းမှု တည်ငြိမ်အောင်လုပ်‌ဆောင်ခြင်း။
  • Rectify နှင့် ethanol Column မှ Product ထုတ်လုပ်မှု တည်ငြိမ်အောင်လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးခြင်း။
  • Column အတွင်း အပူချိန်နှင့် သတ်မှတ်ထာသော ကိန်းဂဏန်းများ တည်ငြိမ်အောင် အနီးကပ်ကြီးကြပ်ပေးခြင်း။
  • Column များ အယိုအစိမ့်မရှိစေရန်နှင့် Condenser များ ချို့ယွင်းမှုမရှိအောင်စစ်ဆေးရန် အနီးကပ်ကြီးကြပ်ပေးခြင်း။
  • ဌာနတွင်းအသုံးပြုသော စက်ကိရိယာများ သန့်ရှင်းရေးပြလုပ်ရန်နှင့် အနီးကပ်ကြီးကြပ်ပေးခြင်း။
  • ဌာနရှိ  Record များနှင့်မှတ်ချက်များကို တိကျမှန်ကန်အောင်ရေးသားရန် အနီးကပ်ကြီးကြပ်ပေးခြင်း။
  • ပေါင်းခံဌာနရှိ  စက်ပစ္စည်းများ စစ်ဆေးခြင်းနှင့် ပြင်ဆင်ရန်လိုအပ်ပါ ပြင်ထိန်းဌာနနှင့်ပူပေါင်းလုပ်ဆောင်ခြင်း။
  • လက်‌အောက်ဝန်ထမ်းများ လုပ်ငန်းလုပ်ဆောင်ရာတွင် အန္တရာယ်ကင်းရှင်းစေရန် လိုက်လံစစ်ဆေး ညွှန့်ကြားပေးခြင်း။
  • လက်‌အောက်ဝန်ထမ်းများ လုပ်ငန်းကျွမ်းကျင်မှုရှိစေရန် နီးကပ်သင်ကြားပြသပေးခြင်း။
  • မိမိတာဝန်ချိန်တွင်ဖြစ်ပေါ်လာသော အခက်အခဲများအား တာဝန်ယူဖြေရှင်းပေးခြင်း။
