An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
  • Maintain good communications with banks and other financial service providers.
  • Responsible for providing company information request from lenders from time to time.
  • Responsible for preparing necessary document related to bank operations.
  • Arrange for equity and debt financing, cash reserve for loan repayment and dividend distribution.
  • Responsible for liquidity management of company.
  • Responsible for assisting HQ with relevant documents for loan drawdown.
  • Responsible for monthly bank books closing and reconciliation.
  • Responsible for cash tracker related to allocation of fund for Capex, Opex and Eopex.
  • Responsible for disbursement tracker related to vendors and suppliers outstanding.
  • Other related task assigned by Finance Manager.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- University degree in Accounting,

- Finance, Economic, Management, or any University Graduate with LCCI 3/ACCA.     

- Good English skill is preferred

- Communication skill

 - Strong analytical skill

-  Good interpersonal skill

-  Attention to detail.

-  Proactive, resourceful, solutions oriented and results-oriented.

-  Excellent in Microsoft package

-  Proficiency in financial management software and systems.
