  • Responsible for the full spectrum of the financial accounting
  • Managing a company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting system
  • Developing financial management
  • Supervise Finance & Account team for day to day operation
  • Responsible for preparing and analyzing monthly/yearly financial reports
  • Managing related compliance with government authorities concerned
  • Handling multiple companies in different industry
  • Make estimate of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization
  • Develop and implement plans for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investment
  • Manage and monitor metrics, KPI tracking and reports
  • Responsible to manage any issues related to the software.
  • Cooperate with internal and external audit team in conducting annual audits.
  • Carry out any other assigned task by BOD

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Must be Lived in Nay Pyi Taw (Regional candidate / others by own arrangement)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
  • Relevant Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role
  • Extensive knowledge about Accounting, Accounts Payable procedures, IFRS and GAAP and Accounting software (ERP) is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Power-point and advance MS Excel skill
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivation to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Professional attitude, Reliability, Strong work ethic
