Job Summary:

The General Manager (GM) will oversee all aspects of our growing Hotel Group’s operations, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. The GM will manage daily operations, develop strategic plans, and lead the team to achieve financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve hotel goals and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
• Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
• Lead, motivate, and support the hotel staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company policies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and business partners.
• Identify and address potential risks and opportunities in the hospitality market.
• Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and hotel standards.
•  Report to the executive team on hotel performance, strategies, and necessary adjustments.
•  Oversee marketing and promotional activities to drive occupancy and revenue.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a hospitality management position preferred
• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and work well under pressure
