  • Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and transportation.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to secure the best possible pricing and terms.
  • Develop and implement processes to optimize efficiency and minimize costs throughout the supply chain.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
  • Lead a team of supply chain professionals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data and identify trends to make informed decisions about the supply chain.
  • Manage and mitigate supply chain risks.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role within the supply chain function, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing supply chain strategies.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with relevant supply chain software and technologies (e.g., ERP/SAP systems, Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems).
