Checking & follow up the employees' daily Attendance (Late, Leave, Absence & Location).
Arranging Interview, conducting orientation to new employees and employment contract process.
To check the monthly SSB list and arrange to communicate with government office for SSB transaction as labor official income tax case.
Arranging employee Birthday Program, CSR Activities, Staff Party and Welfare Program
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absence, leaves, late hours..,etc).
Make sure maintain and confirm for overtime form, leave form, forgot In/out etc,
Need to check and update personal document file.
Performed daily Ad-hoc management task by Supervisor
