An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities such as job posting, application processing, interview scheduling, and document preparation
  • Receiving CV form and checking the required documents for personal data confidentially.
  • Record and updating the employees' personal data (Soft/ Hard copy)
  • Support to Senior for employee requirements regarding with compensation and benefit, rule and regulation documents distribution
  • Follow up employee's EC and maintain requirement documents properly
  • Able to handle the HR software
  • Review and record Employee Attendance, Leave and Absent
  • Support to Senior for SSB Process
  • Weekly and monthly HR reports to Senior
  • Support the training enroll process to Senior for all employees of their developments
  • Co operate with Senior for effective team drive
  • Perform any task assigned by Senior/ Manager and Department Officer

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Bachlor Degree, prefer Diploma in HRM or HRD
  • Excellent skill in HRIS
  • Must have knowledge  of all HR functions
  • Must have knowledge of Employment and Myanmar Labor Law
  • At least 3 years experiences in HR fields
  • Able to interact in a positive manner with internal and external manner
  • Able to maintain the highest level of confidentially
  • English must be fluent
