- Provide Level 2 application support.- Work closely with business users and oversea teams to resolve issues promptly.- Investigate and diagnose issues by reviewing application and database logs.- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues within the defined SLAs.- Documenting technical issues and resolutions.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
- 2-3 years of experience in web application development or system administration.- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.- Basic to intermediate-level English proficiency - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work effectively in a team and with cross-cultural teams.
