An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Junior Auditor work under the auspices of a senior auditor (HOD).
  • Working with the senior auditor (HOD) and auditor, the junior auditor helps to organize and plan the steps to conduct the audit.
  • Junior Auditor also review backup documents to ensure signature approvals are in place for invoices and payments, or they review the procedures for making bank deposits to ensure controls are adequate to protect against fraud.
  • Junior Auditor also tasked to document audited issues, write the audit checklist and follow up some of the outstanding audit issues and audit tasks.
  • While the audit takes place, you may have to check receipts and backup documents and then prepare the audit checklist discuss with auditor and report to senior auditor (HOD).
  • Junior Auditor may review management of an organization's funds to ensure controls and procedures are effective.
  • Junior Auditor's responsibilities include working with the senior auditor (HOD) and auditor to plan the audit. You would discuss to the auditor about what preparations they need to make, such as providing working space and access to documents.
  •  During the audit itself, you will check expenditures, revenue and other financial records to ensure that all numbers are accurate, regulations are complied with, and all payments are accurately classified and recorded.
  • Junior auditor may assist with the auditor when the senior auditor (HOD) prepare the draft of the audit report. Junior Auditor may also put together status reports and internal communications.
  • Junior Auditor must follow the information mentioned in the Internal Audit (SOP Manual) when the auditing process.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelar's Degree in Accounting, Finance preferred.
  • Fluent in Computer Skills (Word, Excel)
  • Good annalytical Skill, Communication Skill and Team Work
  • At least 2 years experience in internal audit field. (Construction experience have more preferable)
