Responsibility
* Manage on all modes of delivery such as trucking, air freight, Sea freight (inbound/outbound)
* Understanding on BL issuing/ AWB issuing/ Custom Clearance/ Project Cargo Handling
*Manage and coordinate the end-to-end freight forwarding process,
*Collaborate with international partners and carriers
*Monitor shipment statuses and address any issues or delays in real time to ensure on-time delivery.
*Maintain accurate and organized records of all shipments, invoices, and customs documentation.
*Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, such as shipment volume, transit times, and customer satisfaction.
