Key Responsibilities

Marketing

• Create interesting content for infographics and seasonal contents on social media as per assigned from Sales Team.
• Manage and handle to answer inquiry from social media by cooperation with sales team.
• Prepare virtual meeting link by cooperation with HQ marketing team.

Event Organization

• Arrange seminar / company event
• Prepare all materials such as documents / food / coffee break / concepts / decorations and others
• Looking for venues for seminar and coordination
• Prepare seminar checklist and register link form
• Prepare and summary evaluation form for seminar

Sample Preparation

• Prepare product samples for distribution to clients, seminars, etc...
• Ensure samples are accurately labeled and packaged according to company standards.
• Maintain an inventory of samples and manage the reordering process as needed.
• Collaborate with sales and lab team for sample integrity.
• Coordinate with BO for the shipping and delivery of samples to various locations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-5+ years of experience in marketing, event management, or a related role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
