  • Responsible for Merchant network expansion across the whole country followed by compliance rules and regulations within KBZPay eco-system.
  • Responsibilities to maintaining a robust and efficient merchant network, which is essential for the growth and success of KBZPay

Maintaining Relationships:

  • Establishing and development relationships with merchants to ensure they are satisfied and engaged with KBZPay Merchant.

Merchant Acquisition:

  • Strategically expanding the merchant network by identifying and onboarding new merchants and reactivating merchant who can benefit from KBZPay merchant network.

Building Trust

  • As the face of mobile money providers, build trust and credibility with Merchant, which is vital for the adoption of KBZPay.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Keeping track of merchant activities, transaction volumes, and performance metrics to inform strategy and operational improvements.
  • Keeping track of transactions to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Liquidity Management

  • Manage to Merchants both cash and e-money to ensure they can meet the demands of cash-in / cash-out and fund-in / fund-out transactions.

Recruitment and Training:

  • Identifying and onboarding new merchants, and providing them with the necessary training to handle Merchant transaction and application usage.
  • Offering ongoing technical support to ensure merchants can smoothly process transactions.

Promotion and Marketing:

  • Encouraging the use of e-money through various promotional activities and marketing campaigns.

Data Analysis, Executing and Reporting

  • Using transaction data to collect insights into customers behavior and market trends.
  • Conduct research and analyze Competitors offering for comparison and counter act to the Competitors
  • Contribute to the Line Manager in Initiate, developing, executing, managing and driving sales campaigns
  • Analyze monthly performance reports and share the findings with all stakeholders to reach setting targets (Volumes and Values)
  • Review and analyze all tracking individually and take actions if it needs to be done
  • Lead, manage, coach, guide, and motivate to the Subordinates towards result-oriented team
  • Prepare business performance reports to Line Manager on regular basis.

Merchant Network Expansion:

  • Expanding the merchant network to new areas to increase the reach and convenience of KBZPay merchant services.

  • Recognized degree (preferably in Business Management, Distribution Management)

  • Minimum 3 years in Sales environment and semi-Management Level
  •  Experience in sales planning and distribution management
