- Manage and maintain the Monitoring Systems (these report on the status and performance of Servers, network, ISP services and facilities).
- Fault handling escalation
- Facilities maintenance (monitoring and management of air-conditioning, UPS, generators, power usage, running health and safety and daily checks at Datacenter).
- Reporting technical team operation and technical documentation (for NOC) of daily monitoring processes and procedures used throughout normal operations.
- support for customer complaint, Solving customer issue network and ISP services.
- NOC team monitoring in DC center network and server farm with Network Monitoring system.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
- Prefer Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Network.
- 1 year of experience in a similar configuration / network technician role within a ISP.
- Knowledge of FTTH network and IT concepts.
- Strong Huawei OLT/ONU device configuration skills.
- Mikrotik/ Cisco certification preferred.
- Good communication, social, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong reporting and technical writing skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
