Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices
Managing day-to-day operations as well as the operations team and operations department.
Monitoring the performance of employees and teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to departmental managers.
Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
Working cross-departmentally with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that all operations are aligned with organizational objectives.
Performing quality assurance controls to ensure the company’s products and services meet customer expectations.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Developing ways to increase the quality of customer service and increase customer satisfaction.
Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
Managing budgets, forecasting, and allocating resources to help meet business and strategic goals.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve proprietary tools and systems
Conduct budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
Reporting on operational efficiency and quality standards.
Improving business functionality to align with core business objectives.
Incorporating new technologies, operating systems, and business processes when necessary.
Reporting to the Executive Director and Business Development Director about company processes and procedures.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
Strong IT skills, including database development
Experience budgeting and forecasting
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate in more than one language
