  • Coordinate and manage the Chairman's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prioritize and respond to meeting requests, ensuring efficient time management.
  • Arrange and confirm travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for meetings.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chairman.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making.
  • Handle expense reports, invoices, and other financial paperwork.
  • Oversee the office's day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Chinese Proficiency will be advantageous)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Good planning, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
