· Withdraw cash from bank
· Follow procedure to replenish the Petty Cash when the fund is low
· Prepare Purchase Requisition according to required procedure
· Distribute the cash and collect receipts for all purchases or any uses of the fund
· Record, document and file petty cash expenses daily
· Prepare petty cash book daily and report
· Responsible for the security of petty cash fund
· Perform data analysis and prepare weekly and monthly report for the expenses
· Keep record of the purchase items and prices
· Other works instructed by manager
Open To
လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
· LCCI (I), (II) or equivalent
· At least 2 year work experience in related area
· Good attitude and communication skills
· Good at details and accuracy
