  • ​​​​​Design, implement, and lead a full schedule of activities. 
  • Collaborate with other teachers and colleagues to implement lesson plans and to build a better learning environment
  • Track children’s progress and report to parents and upper management 
  • Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks, and meals
  • Help children reach developmental milestones
  • Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms
  • Provide appropriate supervision for children at all times
  • Adapt and select teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff
  • Adhere to health/safety and sanitation procedures, and teaching standards
  • Train and provide guidance for Teaching Assistants

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Relevant certification and/or diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education and/or any other formal teaching qualification, such as TESOL, TEFL, TKT, CELTA
  • A university degree 
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Preschool Teacher 
  • Fluent in spoken and written in both Burmese and English 
  • Have great understanding and knowledge of current educational philosophy
  • Creative and artistic teaching abilities

  • Strong moral values and discipline 

  • Well-organised and committed

Preferred qualifications 

  • Able to teach with Montessori method
  • Proficient in Chinese
