The role holder is responsible for the integration and implementation of Mortgage Product as well as to assist development of innovative solutions in
collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and product launch.
Assist in SOP/SLA implementation for more operational efficiency related to Loan Products.
Preparing New Product Proposal and other related documents.
Liaise with Finance, Legal & Compliance, Finance, Ops Risk, ICT on new product Programme.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Mortgage’s products and features to assist internal team effectively and address their needs.
Defining the key features, specifications and requirements of the product based on customer preferences.
Assist Deputy Head of Mortgage in implementing current and future Mortgage Product strategies.
