  • When milling, to test the flour in bakery (bread, cake, yutio, parata or depend upon products) and check the results. 
  • Results are record and report to QC/QA supervisor and corporate with QC/QA Technician (Mill). 
  • During packing, to test the flour in bakery (bread, cake, yutio, parata or depend upon products) and check the results that are record and report to QC/QA supervisor.  
  • After piling, take the sample that are average of pile (or) bag test the flour for relevant test methods and results are record and report to QC/QA supervisor and assist QC/QA manager for rejects and accepts. 
  • The other flour samples are tested (necessary bakery test) and record and report. 
  • To check the flour that store the warehouse when if necessary (require parameters). 
  • Support to achieve our quality objectives

  • A graduate of degree of science specializing in technology preferably B.Sc. (Industrial Chemical), B.Sc. (Chemistry). 
  • 1 yr experience in related fields
