  • Our innovative and growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of sales & marketing director who will be in charge of leading our company’s sales and marketing efforts.
  • Responsibilities
  • Plans and directs the organization’s advertising strategy from a business, sales and technical perspective.
  • Review monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current/potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share and monitor performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed established revenue plan.
  • Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rates, increase volume, food and beverage and banquet sales.
  • Reviews all competitive data and competitive Sales & Marketing strategies to find opportunity for the business profitable growth.
  • Accountable for the achievement of all established goals and/or budgets assisting sales department in achieving overall budgeted revenue goals.
  • Assist in refinement of business plan
  • Identify opportunities to enhance and grow the company’s business and asset base.
  • Identify potential partners and lead the forging of partnerships and other business enhancing relationships.

  • Requires a master’s degree with at least 10+years of sales and marketing experience. Typically requires 5+years of sales and marketing director experience.
  • Basic finance skill.
  • Must have strong negotiation, strategic and analytical skills.
  • Alignment & Action knowledge.
  • Must possess strong analytic skills to monitor and report subscriber trends and market conditions.
  • Team player with inspirational leadership.
  • Well rounded knowledge of all market segments and channel sources, ability to develop a strategic plan for each.
  • We are looking for an innovative, forward-looking thinker who’s not afraid to challenge the status quo.
  • Good time management & prioritization skills-able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
