Must be able to know client rqruirements
Handle to customer inquiries , maintaining accurate sales records
Must be able to find new sales markets by report to Sales Manager
Sales target must always be met
Can explain to customer complain & nego skill
Must be able to make sales calls to client
Determine customer's needs & want & suggest
To collaborate with the sales team & other departments to coordinate activities share information and support the overall sales process

Must be able to work immediately.
Any graduate (or) handle to Sales & Marketing certificate
Minimum of 2yrs of experience in sales ( More suitable in Real Estate Industry Background)
Must be able to use Microsoft office (word, excel)
Must have experience of real estate sales
Must be able to sell project sales target
Able to travel the developer project and communication well with the client
Good communication and customer service & team work
