Job Purpose:

As a member of a Trade Marketing team, you play an important role in executing the AML’s BTL activities and campaigns. The person needs to work well with multiple stakeholders in various activities, events, merchandising campaigns and be able to collect, document, and report the progress of each activity.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of trade marketing campaigns and activities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of trade marketing initiatives.
• Responsible for managing multiple BTL agencies and coordinating the production and distribution of marketing materials for channel partners.
• Assist the purchasing process with various agencies for all trade-related merchandising items and regular follow-up with vendors to meet the timeline of trade production
• Handling to ensure the goods are delivered to the warehouse and the quality of goods meets with set standards.
• Monitoring and tracking the performance of trade marketing campaigns and activities and providing reports to line manager.
• Collaborating with regional sales teams to identify market trends and opportunities for product promotions.
• Providing administrative support to the trade marketing team, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Good cooperation among team members and back-office support and facilitate communication within cross functions.
• Be accountable and willing to do ad-hoc tasks/ projects as assigned from immediate superior level.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ management, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Background in Marcom/Trade marketing/ Brand Management especially in Telecom industry
• Expertise in event management, roadshows, trade fairs, operation management in a larger scale 
• Efficient communications in both English and Myanmar.
• Good interpersonal skills, proactive, self-motivated, and Fast learner.
• Can do attitude  and be a good team player with positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and having a foundation knowledge in Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
