Assist to M&E Supervisor in M&E Service and maintenance.
Assist in electrical equipment, aircon servicing and inspection.
Installing new electrical appliances in the building and writing electrical maintenance reports.
Assist M&E Supervisor in creating a framework and procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of new project.
Understanding job specification, scope of work, condition and related issues
Follow safety rules and regulations in workplace.
Any ad-hoc project or tasks to be assigned.
Communicating with the production team and maintaining a clean work area.
Preparing and submitting maintenance reports (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly).
Every day Control Generator with records.
Water filter cleaning day by day.
Oil Control every time when the oil car coming.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
Minimum 2-3 years of hand-on experience in M&E Service in the building maintenance industry.
Able to read and interpret technical information.
Ability to work independently.
Good communication skills, a positive mindset and a strong willingness to learn
Hardworking and able to multi-task.
Must follow the rules set by the company.
Good computer and report writing skills.
Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
Good communication skills and good time-management skills.
Effective problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
